Fitness Game Training (up to 15 people)

Who says workout have to be rep after rep, set after set? Fitness Game Training will leave your team wondering whether they just had a great workout or played an hour of fun games.

In this fitness party, your team will be playing many of our signature fitness games. Not only will they be challenged physically, they also have to think strategically to maximize their chances of winning in order to avoid the “deadly” punishments, such as burpees and pushups.

From the Assassin game to the Zombie Freeze Tag, your team will be busy immersing in the games.

There is only one winner in every game. Is your team ready to take on the challenge?

SPACE: Due to the nature of fitness training, we do ask to have ample space for movement for the number of people that will be attending the fitness party. A good rule of thumb is to have enough space for each person to lay down and turn 360 degrees to make a circle without touching another person. Sample spaces: Conference room, cafeteria, canteen, meeting room, fitness studio, rooftop, dry grasses lawn, and any empty spaces.
