Flamingo Workout (up to 15 people)

Ever wonder how long a flamingo can stand on one foot? Wonder no more! In the Flamingo Workout, your team will become flamingos for the hour and experience all the wonderful things flamingos do.

In this fitness party, your team will train their balance standing on one foot while multitasking with running, hopping, jumping, holding, and many more fun exercises that will put a smile on their face. Turn on your team’s competitive spirits and take on a challenge with a partner in our ultimate “Beat the Clock” game.

Caution: This fitness party may turn your team into flamingos.

Muscle: Lower body, core, & arms.

SPACE: Due to the nature of fitness training, we do ask to have ample space for movement for the number of people that will be attending the fitness party. A good rule of thumb is to have enough space for each person to lay down and turn 360 degrees to make a circle without touching another person. Sample spaces: Conference room, cafeteria, canteen, meeting room, fitness studio, rooftop, dry grasses lawn, and any empty spaces.
