Interval Training the High Intensity Way (up to 15 people)

Interval Training the High-Intensity Way will blow your team’s mind (and body).This fitness party includes 50 minutes of nonstop interval training with over 10 exercises for a full body conditioning. Our trainers will make sure everyone is pushing themselves beyond their limits. Interval training will be accompanied by 2 team bonding fitness games in the beginning and at the end of the fitness party.

SPACE: Due to the nature of fitness training, we do ask to have ample space for movement for the number of people that will be attending the fitness party. A good rule of thumb is to have enough space for each person to lay down and turn 360 degrees to make a circle without touching another person. Sample spaces: Conference room, cafeteria, canteen, meeting room, fitness studio, rooftop, dry grasses lawn, and any empty spaces.
