The art of circuit training is more than doing a number of exercises in nonstop fashion. Circuit training aims to maximize the intensity of each exercise while focusing on training multiple muscles within a short period of time.

In Circuit Circuit, we bring to your team some of the best upper body toning exercises and teach them how to perform them to maximize the benefits.

40 minutes of circuit workout is accompanied by 2 fun team bonding fitness games that bring out your team’s competitive spirit to challenge each other.

SPACE: Due to the nature of fitness training, we do ask to have ample space for movement for the number of people that will be attending the fitness party. A good rule of thumb is to have enough space for each person to lay down and turn 360 degrees to make a circle without touching another person. Sample spaces: Conference room, cafeteria, canteen, meeting room, fitness studio, rooftop, dry grasses lawn, and any empty spaces.
