Roll for your team’s fortune! This is a game of luck. In this fitness party, your team will train through 2 circuit workouts, where intensity levels will be dictated by the results from dice-rolling. Your team may get lucky with low-intensity training but may get even luckier with high-intensity training. Everyone will have a chance to dictate the team’s training. At the end of this fitness party, we will play a game of Tug of War to maximize the team building experience.

SPACE: Due to the nature of fitness training, we do ask to have ample space for movement for the number of people that will be attending the fitness party. A good rule of thumb is to have enough space for each person to lay down and turn 360 degrees to make a circle without touching another person. Sample spaces: Conference room, cafeteria, canteen, meeting room, fitness studio, rooftop, dry grasses lawn, and any empty spaces.
