Lotus (up to 15 people)

Lotus, the flower of hope and life. In this fitness party, your team will go on to a journey few have traveled. We will take your team on a journey to shatter limits in order to reach peace. This fitness party will start with a cardio circuit for warm up. Your team will proceed to the main training with four 10 minutes strength building circuit trainings. In the end, we will play a partner fitness game that is competitive and fun.

SPACE: Due to the nature of fitness training, we do ask to have ample space for movement for the number of people that will be attending the fitness party. A good rule of thumb is to have enough space for each person to lay down and turn 360 degrees to make a circle without touching another person. Sample spaces: Conference room, cafeteria, canteen, meeting room, fitness studio, rooftop, dry grasses lawn, and any empty spaces.
