Core Hero (up to 15 people)

Inside this special core training fitness party - the Core Hero, your team will train through over 25 different core exercises in different formats. An hour of uninterrupted core training will transform anyone into a core hero. To maximize your team building experience, we packed a half hour of group training, including 2 team bonding fitness games and a few other group exercises. Come train and become the Core Hero.

SPACE: Due to the nature of fitness training, we do ask to have ample space for movement for the number of people that will be attending the fitness party. A good rule of thumb is to have enough space for each person to lay down and turn 360 degrees to make a circle without touching another person. Sample spaces: Conference room, cafeteria, canteen, meeting room, fitness studio, rooftop, dry grasses lawn, and any empty spaces.
