There is something special about balloons that makes children and adults smile. In this fitness party, we play with balloons, the FITNESS way.
Using every ways imaginable, your team will be passing, kicking, blowing, hitting, tapping, bumping, and popping balloons. There will be so many balloons that will make your team forget that they are working hard, and, instead, think they are in a playhouse. In the end, your team will have a showcase time for the most creative way of popping balloons.

SPACE: Due to the nature of fitness training, we do ask to have ample space for movement for the number of people that will be attending the fitness party. A good rule of thumb is to have enough space for each person to lay down and turn 360 degrees to make a circle without touching another person. Sample spaces: Conference room, cafeteria, canteen, meeting room, fitness studio, rooftop, dry grasses lawn, and any empty spaces.
