Accumulator (up to 15 people)

The Accumulator is a non-stop superset training system that aims to tone muscles and increase muscle endurance. It starts easy and quickly intensifies exponentially. It not only trains your team’s physical endurance but also trains each member's willpower endurance to break through obstacles in critical moments. To finish off this physically and mentally challenging fitness party, your team will play the Zombie Freeze Tag game, which will transform your team into a superhero squad in a fight against the infamous zombies.

SPACE: Due to the nature of fitness training, we do ask to have ample space for movement for the number of people that will be attending the fitness party. A good rule of thumb is to have enough space for each person to lay down and turn 360 degrees to make a circle without touching another person. Sample spaces: Conference room, cafeteria, canteen, meeting room, fitness studio, rooftop, dry grasses lawn, and any empty spaces.
