Poker Party (up to 15 people)

In this Poker party, we will gambling in a poker game, the FITNESS style. Your team will be playing against each other. In place of money and chips, team members will be paying with “energy”. If members win, they get to watch their opponent do exercises; but if they lose, they will be paying for the game with exercises. Every round, team members will choose players that they want to play against with. Everyone will have the freedom and control of their destiny. Who will become the champion of this poker party?

SPACE: Due to the nature of fitness training, we do ask to have ample space for movement for the number of people that will be attending the fitness party. A good rule of thumb is to have enough space for each person to lay down and turn 360 degrees to make a circle without touching another person. Sample spaces: Conference room, cafeteria, canteen, meeting room, fitness studio, rooftop, dry grasses lawn, and any empty spaces.
