Welcome to the hub for partner training. This special partner training session combines resistance bands with bodyweight exercises to turbocharge the intensity. In this fitness party, team members will learn how to maximize their workout with a resistance band. One hour of partner training to tone team members' core and legs, while playing fitness games, Overcome the Resistance is the ultimate team building fitness party.
CAUTION: This fitness party contains lots of planking. As a result, your core will be crying for help the next day.

SPACE: Due to the nature of fitness training, we do ask to have ample space for movement for the number of people that will be attending the fitness party. A good rule of thumb is to have enough space for each person to lay down and turn 360 degrees to make a circle without touching another person. Sample spaces: Conference room, cafeteria, canteen, meeting room, fitness studio, rooftop, dry grasses lawn, and any empty spaces.
