Upper Body Terminator (up to 15 people)

In Upper Body Terminator, your team will experience an intensity never felt before. We will put your team through rounds of abs and arms training that raises their heart rates, burns muscles, and tones the body. Your team will start with a few group training exercises, then transition to 2 independent circuit style workouts for 20 minutes. In the end, team members will play a competitive fitness game that challenges their minds and bodies at the same time.

The Upper Body Terminator is intense but tons of fun.

SPACE: Due to the nature of fitness training, we do ask to have ample space for movement for the number of people that will be attending the fitness party. A good rule of thumb is to have enough space for each person to lay down and turn 360 degrees to make a circle without touching another person. Sample spaces: Conference room, cafeteria, canteen, meeting room, fitness studio, rooftop, dry grasses lawn, and any empty spaces.
