Abs Madness (up to 15 people)

Change your team’s outlook on intense abs workout! Abs Madness is not only intense but also insanely fun and allows for many team building opportunities! In Abs Madness, we incorporate 6 team bonding fitness games into an hour-long of core training. You will never find an abs workout this fun. This fitness party is great for team building as your team will overcome many fitness challenges together.

SPACE: Due to the nature of fitness training, we do ask to have ample space for movement for the number of people that will be attending the fitness party. A good rule of thumb is to have enough space for each person to lay down and turn 360 degrees to make a circle without touching another person. Sample spaces: Conference room, cafeteria, canteen, meeting room, fitness studio, rooftop, dry grasses lawn, and any empty spaces.
