Game on! Be prepared to enter into one of the most intense upper body interval training that your team will ever experience. Battle Rope Trainer starts with a fun Tug of War game to fire up some intensity. Team building through pulling and yelling is only the beginning. The entrées of this fitness party are three 10-minute arms & core high-intensity interval circuits with 15 different exercises to choose from. Lastly, there will be 2 competitive team building fitness games to top off the fun.

SPACE: Due to the nature of fitness training, we do ask to have ample space for movement for the number of people that will be attending the fitness party. A good rule of thumb is to have enough space for each person to lay down and turn 360 degrees to make a circle without touching another person. Sample spaces: Conference room, cafeteria, canteen, meeting room, fitness studio, rooftop, dry grasses lawn, and any empty spaces.
