Legs on Fire (up to 15 people)

Soreness. Pain. Burn. All of these are temporary. Only after the rain can you see the rainbow. Only after this intense leg workout can your team gain strength, power, and speed. Legs on Fire will transform your team’s legs into powerful supercars, fast and furious.

With a full 30 mins lower body circuit training, followed by partner core training, your team’s legs will be crying with joy for a day off tomorrow.

SPACE: Due to the nature of fitness training, we do ask to have ample space for movement for the number of people that will be attending the fitness party. A good rule of thumb is to have enough space for each person to lay down and turn 360 degrees to make a circle without touching another person. Sample spaces: Conference room, cafeteria, canteen, meeting room, fitness studio, rooftop, dry grasses lawn, and any empty spaces.
