You team will take turns drawing on random tennis balls with exercises on them. No one knows what is going to happen next. This is truly a "random" workout, with your team being the dictator of it. If members are up for spontaneity and have a love for the unknown, tennis circuit is the one for you all!
In addition, we will play the Accumulator, a pyramid style training game that will get your entire team’s muscle fibers fired up. In the end, we will conclude this epic session with the Zombie Twister.

SPACE: Due to the nature of fitness training, we do ask to have ample space for movement for the number of people that will be attending the fitness party. A good rule of thumb is to have enough space for each person to lay down and turn 360 degrees to make a circle without touching another person. Sample spaces: Conference room, cafeteria, canteen, meeting room, fitness studio, rooftop, dry grasses lawn, and any empty spaces.
