Stepper Mastery (up to 15 people)

It’s time to STEP up your team's workout! In Stepper Mastery, your team will go through ridiculous amounts of training on the steppers. With12 inches off the ground, the intensity turns into another level out of this world. We engineered this training for a total body conditioning session. Expect jumping, running, shuffling, stepping, and more. Not only will your team work a lot on their legs, their upper body and core will also be challenged at the same time. It’s a whole circuit of fun.

Bonus: 4 team bonding fitness games for laughter mixed with intensity.

SPACE: Due to the nature of fitness training, we do ask to have ample space for movement for the number of people that will be attending the fitness party. A good rule of thumb is to have enough space for each person to lay down and turn 360 degrees to make a circle without touching another person. Sample spaces: Conference room, cafeteria, canteen, meeting room, fitness studio, rooftop, dry grasses lawn, and any empty spaces.
