Let’s jump! When was the last time you jumped? In The Ultimate Jump Training, your team will start out with a few lower body exercises to warm up those legs for the challenges to come. Immediately following, your team will be jumping incrementally onto different heights and then finally conclude the session with the Ultimate Box Jump.
Everyone will jump as high as they can throughout the training to test their limits and to set new records!
Bonus training: 15 minutes of high-intensity core training that turns the belly fat into hardcore muscle.

SPACE: Due to the nature of fitness training, we do ask to have ample space for movement for the number of people that will be attending the fitness party. A good rule of thumb is to have enough space for each person to lay down and turn 360 degrees to make a circle without touching another person. Sample spaces: Conference room, cafeteria, canteen, meeting room, fitness studio, rooftop, dry grasses lawn, and any empty spaces.
