Friendship is built through overcoming difficult time together. In Dual Delight, your team will partner up for difficult fitness challenges. We will start out with jumping over each other to build trust. Then your team will take steps towards bigger and tougher challenges that will put each pair’s physical and mental capacity to the test.
This fast pace partner challenge, featuring stepper training, will turn the most distant strangers into friends through hardcore sweat and laughter together.

SPACE: Due to the nature of fitness training, we do ask to have ample space for movement for the number of people that will be attending the fitness party. A good rule of thumb is to have enough space for each person to lay down and turn 360 degrees to make a circle without touching another person. Sample spaces: Conference room, cafeteria, canteen, meeting room, fitness studio, rooftop, dry grasses lawn, and any empty spaces.
